Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of airfilterslasvegas.com and the air filter delivery and replacement services provided by Air Filters Las Vegas ("we," "us"). By requesting service you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of our service

Our service is limited to the delivery and replacement of air filters. We do not diagnose, repair, alter, install or service HVAC equipment or systems.

If we notice an issue with your HVAC equipment during service, we'll recommend contacting a qualified HVAC professional.

We do not guarantee any particular HVAC performance, energy saving, equipment lifespan, or indoor air quality result.

2. Scheduling

We service the Las Vegas area by scheduled routes. Select your preferred service date and we'll do our best to accommodate it based on route availability. Your appointment will be confirmed after booking.

After your first service, we'll automatically schedule your recurring services based on our established routes and will provide available scheduling options.

3. Access to the property

An adult 18+ must be present to provide access to the property at the time of service. The adult does not have to be the account holder.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property and filter location at the time of service. Pets must be secured if necessary to allow for safe entry and service.

4. Pricing

All pricing is per service visit, not a monthly subscription fee. Every visit includes up to two standard-size filters — the price is the same whether your home needs one or two. Each filter beyond the first two is an additional service charge of $10 on MERV 8 or $20 on MERV 11, with the filter and installation included. Standard-size filters are included in the advertised price. Specialty or oversized filters may require custom pricing, which we'll confirm before service.

Commercial service is priced separately based on the size and scope of the property. Contact us for commercial service pricing.

5. Recurring service and billing

This is a recurring service. Your selected plan will automatically renew according to the service frequency shown above. You may cancel according to our Cancellation Policy. Your card on file is charged automatically for each visit at the frequency you choose. It is not a monthly fee. Before your service begins, you will see your selected plan, service frequency, and billing frequency, and we will confirm them with you.

Each billing cycle covers one scheduled visit. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting 702-509-1868 or emailing info@airfilterslasvegas.com.

Missed appointments, or appointments where required access is unavailable, may be subject to a $35 fee to cover reserved service time and travel. We will be happy to reschedule your filter service for another available date.

Plans have no long-term contract. Cancellation stops future charges and visits. Charges for a cycle whose visit has already been completed are not refundable.

7. Service documentation

Photos may be taken during service for service documentation purposes. These photos are used for our service records and are not shared publicly.

8. Service area

We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. If a request falls outside our service area, we will contact you before scheduling.

Our service days are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are closed Monday and Wednesday.

9. Communications

By requesting service or submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your service, including confirmations, reminders, and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we change pricing or billing terms for an active plan, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
