Billing questions
The fine print, in plain English
How does scheduling and billing work?
We service the Las Vegas area by scheduled routes. Select your preferred service date and we'll do our best to accommodate it based on route availability. Your appointment will be confirmed after booking. Billing is set up with you once your first appointment is confirmed. This is a recurring service. Your selected plan will automatically renew according to the service frequency shown above. You may cancel according to our Cancellation Policy. Your card on file is charged automatically for each visit at the frequency you choose. It is not a monthly fee.
Can I change my plan, frequency, or number of filters?
Yes. Call, text, or email us and we'll update your plan. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
There's no long-term contract. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Call, text, or email us and we'll take care of it. Missed appointments, or appointments where required access is unavailable, may be subject to a $35 fee.
Are filters included in the price?
Yes. Every visit includes up to 2 standard-size filters, professionally installed, and the price is the same whether your home needs one or two. Each filter beyond the first two is an additional service charge of $10 on MERV 8 or $20 on MERV 11, with the filter and installation included.
Can I get MERV 11 on a one-time visit?
MERV 11 is available on our recurring plans. One-time visits are MERV 8. If you want premium filters on a one-time basis, give us a call and we'll sort it out.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. All pricing is per service visit, not a monthly fee. On a recurring plan you're charged for each visit at the frequency you choose, and we schedule those visits automatically.
What if my filter is an uncommon or specialty size?
Standard-size filters are included in the advertised price. Specialty or oversized filters may require custom pricing, which we'll confirm before service.
Does someone need to be home?
An adult 18+ must be present to provide access to the property at the time of service. It doesn't have to be you.
Are you an HVAC company?
No. Our service is limited to the delivery and replacement of air filters. We do not diagnose, repair, alter, install or service HVAC equipment or systems.
What if I have more than four filters or several homes?
You can request up to eight filters online. For more, or for multiple properties, see our commercial service. Commercial service is priced separately based on the size and scope of the property. Contact us for commercial service pricing.
